The Invisible Management Group controls a set of departments in an organization. They control any and all resources of those departments. They are tasked with the responsibility to steer the departments in the direction defined by the organization’s mission, vision, goals and objectives.

 

We have short-term and long-term targets to achieve and are answerable for them. It is not enough to just have a vision. Lots of people see things that should be done, things that should be fixed, great steps forward that could be taken.

 

What makes leaders different is that they act. They take the steps to achieve their vision every minute.

 

Is it a passion for the business, an inner sense of drive, a sense of commitment. It is the strength that lets leaders move their vision forward despite all the obstacles, despite all the people saying it can't be done, it's too costly, we tried that before, or other excuses.
